As it is, nothing really stopping you from buying a class 3 or 2 weapon, just money and time.
Now i do feel suppressors should be over the counter.

The President cannot do that. Congress has to pass new laws for that purpose that he can then sign.
The best he can accomplish is to roll back the overreach regulations from ATF that went farther than the law supports, such as the stupid bump stock rule that was implemented during his last Administration, and the pistol brace rule, which is already going through the courts.

He can’t change the law by himself but he can certainly eradicate stupid edicts by the ATF. AND we could bring things like SBR definitions to SCOTUS to throw out nonsensical “measurements” requirements.
We could also help get rid of state definitions like SC definition stating that a “pistol” has a maximum size making it illegal to conceal carry a long barreled S&W Model 29.

None of the Presidents write them .. It is not just Trump… I do not think he reads them though… He seems to get his thoughts from the news and what people around say… I think the only way he uses a book, is to throw it at someone

The US Supreme Court has ruled unanimously that the Trump administration must try to release a Maryland man who was mistakenly deported to a mega-jail in El Salvador. Just saying…
I would think if he got his day in court this would not have happened… Don’t start with I am against deportation… Get rid of the vermin legally…

I understand that but ATF makes guidlines or regulations that congress did not vote on but suddenly its gospel.
Not saying trump would do it, but why couldnt he override the ATF on some issues?

Presidents can and do change regulations with Executive Orders regularly, but the changes have to keep the regulations in line with the range of what the authorizing legislation gave the Executive to do. For instance, the laws that established the Federal Communications Commission a wide range of authority on licensing broadcasters and allocating bands of radio frequencies. However, the President could not use an EO to tell the FCC to publish regulations regarding housing for low income families.
The President could most definitely issue EO orders to the ATF to corral things like bump stock and pistol brace regulations.
