Yes!!! Have them learn to pack their range bags etc.
From an instructors perspective, it’s like have a spouse ‘load the magazines’, ‘prepare the firearm for the spouse to shoot’, 'rack the slide… etc.
Teaches accountability, attention to detail, WHY you need all those things, your not their pack mule. If they don’t want to carry their stuff, well, that identifies another area of concern, namely interest.
