So I took the time post a comment on the ATF page for pistol break comment I understand a lot of us are worried about having to give her name and information but how can we complain about this and try to stop it if we ain’t willing to do what it takes if you ain’t willing to give your name and a little bit of information to try to stop this they will win

Yeah but the 5.45 round got banned from import cause people “didn’t notice”.
Same with bumpstocks and same will be the fate of whatever the next low hanging fruit is

That is very true but luckily we have more eyes open and ways to inform people about it. A good amount of gun owners don’t spend any time on gun site’s or forums or keep upto date whats going on in the gun world but we have many platforms to get it out now and it’s up to us

I think alot of those people who didn’t care about bumpstocks got a wake up call. After pistol braces will it be vertical grips, rails to mount accessories, IR products, etc, etc… We know how they feel about magazine capacity.

Thats true but also i don’t think we had a chance with bump stocks the way the news played it up the president and NRA supported it I think we could of had 100,0000 comments in signature and it still wouldn’t of changed nothing

Awesome but make sure to keep it original because the ones that are copy and paste from other or sights will be lumped into and count as only one comment if im not mistaken

People are afraid to put there name and some info on a government website I get that but if men were afraid to sign there names on a document of fear that the government would come we would not have the Declaration of Independence

Hopefully we get more. This is the first time I’m legit participating in something like this. Feels good to stand up for my beliefs on the 2nd amendment and the over reach of the ATF. Still feels wrong that it’s come to this

The bump stock was extremely egregious.
They declared a bump stock an automatic or able to convert a semiautomatic into an automatic…
The definition of an automatic (Machinegun) is a firearm that fires continuously with one operation of the trigger…
A Semiautomatic required a trigger operation and reset for EACH rd fired…
The bump stock does NOT convert a semiautomatic into an automatic… it simply increases the rate of fire, but still requires one trigger operation with a reset for each round fired… if you could fire with sufficient rapidity with your finger… would your finger be banned?
They altered the definitions in the law to ban the bump stock… that is unconstitutional and illegal…BUT…
Gorsuch joined with the liberals to do that with the 1964 Civil Rights Act also… by altering the word ‘sex’ in the law, that was known as and used as and understood to mean… male and female… and they added modern usage (when it should have gone through the legislative branch)… and altered the law and included gender identity and sexual orientation.
Our courts and bureaucrats are exercising powers they should not have and were never granted.
