Pistol brace ban dead?

Had a CCHD class today. One of the attendees was saying that a court in TX had said this was not going into affect. I have not heard this. How about you guys? Heard anything about this going away?

No, not yet anyway. I have been awaiting such news though.

A court in TX doesn’t truly get to decide.

Still a “time will tell” situation

The fight is heating up. I believe the House Judiciary committee is now involved but that is breaking news. There’s also a bill in the senate with 45 sponsors. It’s coming from all sides.

With injuctions, it looks like all FPC members are exempt for the time being

Looks like “We the People” might be gaining a little fortitude to stand against “rules” not laws that are repugnant. I’m sure most disassembled to be in compliance. Most Americans are law abiding. Still hilarious that “volunteered” registration was a complete bust. :joy:

Looking good for the GOA members too, as long as you were a member prior to their injunction. That is per GOA’s opinion on who would be covered for sure.

That is going up the food chain for sure. Just because you are a member of a club does not make you special in the eyes of the law.

No doubt, to be sure.
