Everyone I talk to asks if I have one of those weapons of war. I have to explain that it isn’t a weapon of war and it is just a semi automatic rifle that is used in very few crimes. I also try to explain to people that the AR15 is just a start. First they will make pistol braces illegal and when there isn’t a reduction in crime they will make the AR15 pistols illegal. When that doesn’t work they will then go after the AR15 rifles. Right now we have defund the police movements all over the country plus millions of illegal immigrants entering our country from all over the world. This is by design and not a mistake by the Biden administration. This will make crime increase and will give them the talking point they need to start gun confiscation.They want to make sure that Texas is Blue in the next election. WIth what is going on they will accomplish that goal if we don’t start making changes quick. If Texas goes Blue the country is probably lost. They will be able to pass any law they want. Right now they are having trouble but this imigration thing is working great for them. They are saying by June we will have almost a million new illegal immigrants in our country. They are trying to do to the US what they did to Calafornia. Calafornia took 20 years. The rest of the country will take 3. I don’t know what the answer is but our Constitutional Republic is in big trouble. The left hates us. Look what they’ve done to us this year. They have closed our schools, our businesses and our churches. They want to make our country another Venezuela . All I am trying to say is there’s a lot more at stake than our guns. If we don’t find a way for the silent majority to band together and speak up we are going to lose our guns and much more. They have to silence and disarm us first before they go to the next stage of this take over.
A false president’s action doesn’t mean anything to me , thank goodness I live in a birth born Red State at my age I’d really hate to pull up stakes. Great Governor and gun laws with more coming in July , I’ve open carried since 1986 and other than training and the indoor range and God blessing I’ve never had to defend myself or others. Everyone stay safe and stand by NO I.D. NO VOTE , USE COUNTING MACHINE NO VOTE. SORRY IF I DEFEND OTHERS , BUT I STAND BY THE CONSTITUTION AS WRITTEN , IT’S OUR COUNTRY AND THE PEOPLE MADE IT. Good old Joe’s intentions are obvious. His intention is to ban all semi-automatic firearms. This first EO will not deter shootings but it will give the tyrants a “reason” to ban more firearms by using the excuse that his first orders were not stiff enough thus requiring additional requirements. Just as a side note. the majority of “mass” shootings are done with handguns… see where I’m going with this?
Most likely won’t reach SCOTUS. I doubt it will hold up in many district courts though. Having said that, just as with bump stocks you can be felon before you ever reach district court.
So, in other words LAW Abiding citizens will be stripped of their rights and criminals will be armed to kill us, rob us, deal drugs? Criminals are not doing background checks. DUH!!! A criminal isn’t going to say “well I can’t rob her with this gun because it has a brace, let me rob her with a legal firearm”. the white house has gone mad…

This is the part where we don’t comply. I hear people say if the come for my AR I’ll just say I sold it. That won’t work because while they’re violating your 2nd amendment, they’ll certainly violate your 4th amendment and search your home. Then when they find a gun you say you didn’t have, they will charge you with a felony for lying to police and then take all your guns. That’s why I say here is my AR. You can’t have it. If you want it, come and try to take it.
Something could be done about it if it were the other way around. The problem is that nothing is being done about anything!
I believe that when the current SCOTUS shoots down any real banning of firearms , the Lunitic Left will move to ban Ammunition for said firearms ~ what good is a firearm without ammo??
Before every “Socialist” take over throughout history their first move has always been to disarm the citizens! It happened in the early days of the Soviet Union and in Nazi Germany, in Cuba and Red China …most recently in Venezuela…Today as these countries people struggle to regain the freedoms they freely allowed to be taken away the citizens dont have the firepower to take on their own country’s heavily armed military

Plain and simple , Kamala IS the most hard left of Anyone in Congress even AOC ( age restrictions kept AOC from running in 2020 ) Once in the Oval office Kamala has already said she will use executive orders to ban firearms from citizens ( the exact same thing Hitler did in the 1920s in Nazi Germany) a disarmed country can not fight back against a totalitarian Goverment! Everyone knows the reason the military of our enemies have NEVER invaded the Mainland U.S.A. because they know we are armed and we know how to use our weapons! Even Putin has mentioned it in interviews
Beginning to see problems arise. I recently ordered a pistol brace from a very reputable online company. This company over the last 6 months has been meeting my needs with quick processing and shipment times, I have had several positive business transactions. The pistol brace is also from a well known company. This item was listed as “in stock” ready to ship. I received notification my order went through and item was being processed to ship.
That was seven days ago. I tried calling the company…received all the recordings about being presently being overwhelmed and thanks you for your patience. I checked on line for item status it still shows available for purchase and in stock. I waited on the line to speak to a representative for about 10 minutes then was sent to voice mail. I know we have become spoiled in our society and the company is overwhelmed by many recent events. But I fear this is a glimpse at what is to come…economic changes, delays, shortages, inflation. The attack may not come directly at guns but slowly at the shooting infrastructure. Dismantling the 2nd Amendment from where we least expect it.
Have others run into any recent breakdown in our economic machinery?
I ordered 2 items from OpticsPlanent last weekend. The one that shows in stock has not shipped. The one that was 2 to 4 weeks out is supposed to arrive today. Go figure

It is ironic that so many just accept being a SLAVE,when all the people have to do is to stand up and say NO,and be prepared to defend your NO to its fullest!
I doubt it will be banned for the same reason the bump stock was not banned, it was designed as a device for people with disabilities. He couldn’t ban AR15s constitutionally because of Caetano v. MA and further, the Heller case guarantees the right to carry weapons “typically possessed by law-abiding citizens for lawful purposes,” I believe this is the reason Biden declared “Executive Action” on the 2nd opposed to “Executive Order”, that being because his positions would not withstand Supreme Court Scrutiny, hence the expansion and packing plans of SCOTUS to try to overturn these decisions. I’m not an attorney but if there are ant lawyers reading please correct me if I’m wrong.
There is a case before the Supreme Court right now that will decide if the police can enter your home and take your guns without a warrant. It will probably fail but they are trying to pack the court right now. They released the bill today to pack the court and if there are 4 more liberal justices appointed by Biden the courts will be lost and they will be able to seize our guns without a warrant.
That’s not a regulatory issue or anything, that’s a “OpticsPlanet” has the shittiest logistics possible problem. Every time I’ve ordered from them it’s taken weeks to get basic stuff in the mail. I stopped ordering from them.
During the Revolutionary war the English were all upset because we had more efficient fire arms. They are called the, Kentucky Long rifle. Then it was written as a second amendment that we had a right to bear arms. So, in the day WE THE PEOPLE had high tech weapons of war to defend ourselves and our country. Just saying!

Well, with the FedEx mass shooting by someone described as firing “a submachinegun of some sort” (according to quoted witness), there is definitely reason to be concerned. One can only hope that they have difficulty enforcing the new orders and that the next Congressional election cycle benefits the 2A movement.
