Old retired Army fart. Have fired everything from a .22 pistol to an M2 .50 cal. I try to act on facts, not emotions. Have no use for unorganized militias. Want to be in a militia? Join the National Guard. Have no use for people who think their opinion on the Constitution overrules the Federal Courts and SCOTUS. Wish more people would read and understand SCOTUS decision in District of Columbia v. Heller, especially the part about state and local governments rights to restrict ownership of certain firearms by certain people. This decision clearly pointed out that “”…shall not be infringed," does not mean what many think it does. It’s important to remember that there are only 9 people in the US who have the final authority on what a law means and that’s SCOTUS. Once they’ve made a decision, your opinion no longer matters.
