13th floor,eh? Haven’t been in a highrise in decades but remember going from 12 to 14 a bit. My dad’s boat was registered as a Delaware Corporation and I recall it being a fictitious address on the 13th floor of an imaginary but total legal address. Feds got the the documentation fee instead of the state getting registration fee.
