I don’t understand why politicians swear an oath to uphold the constitution, communist democrats and republican’ts alike, but constantly attack the 2nd Amendment. They should be removed immediately.

Trump doesn’t have a sincere bone in his body. He made all kinds of promises during the election and has only followed through a basic few. I know that he is still preferable over any Democrat, but his “leadership” is disappointing nonetheless. He just exonerated Larry Hoover. A really hard core criminal who made Al Capone look like an amateur. What kind of President does that?

I’ve written to him many times, but I guess he is too busy golfing to reply. Most notably, I suggested a viable solution to ending the war in Ukraine. IMMEDIATELY! As he promised to do. So many people have died there, and no one seems to really care about solving this issue permanently.

No. I actually met him many years ago at a Real Estate Summit in Illinois when he was selling his “University”. I wasn’t impressed with him then and less so now. I would have preferred Nikki Haley won the election.

That is outrageous, the gall of the President of the United States to not have contacted you immediately upon his receipt of your letter.
How dare he not implement your plan to end the war in Ukraine immediately.
The lives that have been lost for not implementing your plan immediately, such a tragedy of epic proportions. How does he sleep at night knowing that you have the blueprint to end this war immediately.

If you don’t mind, I’d like to use this too.
One of the best articles I have read. I thought that when the Republicans had the Presidency, Senate and House they would get their head out and act on things like second amendment while they could. I am very disappointed in what they have NOT done. Show some backbone and do it. I don’t have to vote Republican next time!

Nice letter. Since we’re guaranteed this right by the US Constitution, and don’t rip me a new one as this is my first reply and post on this forum, maybe we could tweak some of the conditions that prevent people from owning a firearm and having a permit in the first place. That housewife that had the nervous breakdown that landed her in the psych ward, for example. Some non-violent felonies. Sometimes things happen and life gets in the way. Where are our rights then? Maybe this doesn’t belong here on this post, but it brings these questions to mind.

No. Why? No one here has any influence or authority to get anything implemented. I may just get some more a**holes like Zavier to put in their 2 cents without having all the facts or know anything about my prior experience.

Welcome to the family. We’ve discussed some of that on here before. Many of us believe that once you’ve paid your debt to society ALL of your god given rights should be restored. Many of us believe that once successfully treated mental health stuff should not matter. So, I agree with you.
