Hope all are safe after the storms last night. Tree and power line damage is wide spread across Eastern OK especially.

I hope you and yours are OK. We’re luck here, an earthquake now and then but nothing like what you folks have.

An Emergency Broadcast System just sounded
off here…and nobody cared. I don’t watch TEE VEE but Nit-Twitter
informed me about the next Alien Invasion…Which one Don? Down South?
or from another planet?.. YEP!

We were sleeping, the wife and I, when at 3AM her phone alarm went off, scared the crap out of both of us. She looked at the alarm, it was a golden alert…an old man had walked off. We were ready for beat feet to the basement thinking a tornado was on top of us.

Yeah Buddy me too!
(Well not really scared just wanted to feel that Brotherhood w/ you :innocent:)
Really it was seismic event near Raton 3.3 near AZ border, which if you read Starship was expected.
I know it’s weird how what they ‘kind of’ predict stuff and it happens… It takes all the fun outta the unknown when she will predict that good vs. evil firefight coming up. That use to be the ‘juice’ for me, waiting for the claxon’s to go off and then BAM! fights on!. Ah, the good old days when I was young and dumb!. Now just an unexpected piece of cheese cake gives me a better rush!
getting old is earned Brother!

If you know anyone with a family farm out that way, they may have to mount patrols.
