NV law is on gun owners side

Continuing the discussion from So, You Check Into Your Hotel, and it Is NOT Gun Friendly?:

This is one good reason to visit Nevada. State law has preempted local governments and all businesses from making rules more stringent than state law. It specifically says the state has reserved for itself exclusive control of all firearm regulations. And, we have no limit on mag capacity as well.

It is a great state for gun owners. If you go to a restaurant, for example, and they have a sign forbidding guns just walk past it an sit down at your table. Just do not let the gun be seen or you might have a brandishing issue unless it was clearly incidental.
