I don’t disagree. I fully understand this and said nothing of the sort. I said how much he got and that he had no competition on the bid. This action is a bit suspect… Sounds a lot like what happens in the swamp.
I was laughing the whole time I was putting it together. 
I’ve been involved in single bid Government Contracts at the national labs. It’s usually a skill/schedule based thing but they still weigh it against “Fair Market Value”.
edit: I just thought of something. The Democrats should be ecstatic about this. The way politics is today a lot of what the next administration does is based upon “Well The Donald did it and you didn’t complain then so we are OK to do it…”

I think one should always strive to do their best. Not be like the rest. My thoughts are, “If you only compete with losers, are you really a winner?” Try to be the best you can be. Don’t surround yourself with losers just to look better. Something I like to teach people. I get them up on a table and ask them to pull a person up on the table with them. Then get down and pull the person down off the table. Show them it is much easier to pull someone down than to help them up. Who do you want to be in life? Work hard and elevate those around you or just be lazy and bring everyone down.
