Six new instructors for the USCCA today, as soon as all the paperwork gets stuff gets processed. Now waiting on the instructor kit to come so i can get started.

Never had an instructor, I forget some folks on here are prolly new to the world of gundom , the young accountants and lawyers with their pretty Kimbers lol! They got them the best gun made by God! Has to be they are the most expensive lol. ….Just playing no need to get your caseings in a wad lol

Thank you everyone for the wishes! I plan on making Go of it. Next step is registering with the state to do CWP classes but for now it will be emergency first aid, CPR, and stop the bleed! Good lord willing I’ll make it happen.

Nothing was directed to you except the first sentence but not exclusively, just saying I never had a instructor but when I started shooting about 1975 there weren’t any lol, not any that we knew of at least. But you can teach the desk jockey Kimber dudes how to handle them. Seems like there was another expensive handgun out there my son had one was it STI or something like that? I forgot. Anyhow no harm no foul bro just jibber jabbin lol. Hope you do well cause it sounds like you’re serious about it and can’t go wrong like that

I never had an instructor either until I got my CWP, then i saw a need for it and a need for other type of instructors so i decided to go for it! I’ll also be teaching things like emergency first aid, CPR, AED, and sto[ the bleed. So hopefully things go well for me so i can make a good run with it.

Thank you, it was the CCHDF instructor class. very good class, very involved as well. timing worked out well also, we had a CWP class on the last day that we helped teach and run the range with. So that was good for the instructor class.

H311 yes first aid never hurt anyone lol . I have a first aid kit that is supposed to be of military quality and it has some of that stuff that if you get shot in the neck it’s supposed to stop the bleeding some kind of clotting cloth or sumtin but if you ain’t got it with you you’re screwed so you gotta know how to save a life cause it could be a family member or something.

Exactly right or even your own life. You never know what will happen in the next minute, a major storm, a car wreck or a shooting, always gotta be prepared
