National Concealed Carry Reciprocity

You seem to like that concept entirely too much. I do not. I am more of a believer in freedom, and trusting my fellow Americans to do the right thing without some petty bureaucrat or autocrat telling them what to do. And the evidence would suggest that there are less firearms “issues” in the states with Constitutional Carry, as opposed to those where the government meddles.

And in the words of the late Justice Robert H. Jackson, ""We are not final because we are infallible, but we are infallible only because we are final.” And always subject to change.

One can hope, but only if liberty-loving citizens stand strong.

If you truly are an attorney, then you know there are only 9 people in the whole United States who get to decide what is constitutional. And those are the justices of the Supreme Court.

If you agree that SCOTUS gets the final word on constitutionality, regardless of your personal desires, and you are prepared to follow the law as they interpret it, then you are a patriot. You may choose to spend your time and your money trying to change the law and that is your right as a citizen and a patriot.

If, on the other hand, you believe in remedies that are not defined in the Constitution, then you are a traitor or an insurrectionist.
