I have a dash camera in my car for proof to the insurance that I was not at fault. If it is my fault? I will immediately swallow the micro SanDisk memory card and replace it with a defective card that I keep (just in case).

I would go the body cam route. IMO, if you have a cam mounted to your firearm it probably won’t last long, and I can see the pistol cam being brought up in court. I think a body cam is easier to defend given the anti 2nd stance a lot of people have adopted. Prosecutors are good at spinning things…
