Keep seeing posts calling Trump a “draft dodger”. So let’s compare and contrast.

The idea Dems suddenly require presidents to be a veteran is odd given they’ve elected ONE in the last half century… and that right at 50 years ago.

JIMMY CARTER, USN, was elected in 1976. The next 3 never served… Clinton, Obama, and Biden.

BIDEN had same number of college deferments as Trump, 4, and like Trump then took the physical and was designated what’s now called 4F. They discovered he’d had asthma as a teen (while lifeguarding and playing football).

CLINTON got college deferments that kept him out of 'Nam, until the day he couldnt. Thru contacts he arranged to be recused from 1-A status in exchange for entering a college ROTC program. Then his birthday drew a high number, so he reneged on the ROTC deal.

OBAMA? Closest he came to wearing a uniform is pictured below.

In that same 50 years GOP presidents included 4 veterans… Ford, Reagan, Bush Sr, GW Bush… and 1 non-vet, Trump.

Dem’s newfound romance with a man in uniform is adorable, but given the voting history it’s less than convincing.

Don’t tell us about the labor pains if you’re never going to show us a baby.
