Maryland,does not honor CCW or other permits from any other state, except Alabama.

So correct me if I’m wrong, if you want to travel Maryland, and before you cross the state line, you have to unload your weapon and lock it in a container or holster, and it must not be readily accessible from the passenger compartment, or lock in a container other than the glove box if there is no separate compartment, if I am reading the the statue correctly.
