Conservatives have never been able to trust that the (R’s) in the Senate were going to be (R’s) when it became time to vote. During the Biden Administration, time after time it was the same Rino’s that pushed Bidens spending bills over the finish line. Led by Mitch McConnel, who I will be so glad to see retire.
Give (D’s) credit, they will march in boot step together. Where (R’s) pick the stupidest ■■■■ to fight tooth and nail over.

From what I read, he had a permit to carry but, one requirement is you have ID and he didn’t.

Here is the thing, immigrants who are allowed to stay and become citizens or their children are born citizens have a tendency to vote Conservative. Trump won the Latino vote in Texas and Florida in 2025 hands down, however he has since lost them with his immigration policy. They voted to get rid of MS-13 and the worst of the worst, not Abuela Lupe who has been in the us for 40 years making tortillas and has no criminal record. This is important to understand, nobody is going to disagree with deporting the worst of the worst. But when people are seeing Abuela Lupe face down in the snow being beaten on my goons, you are losing those who voted for you.

A tense exchange unfolded today during a Senate hearing as Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent testified before lawmakers.
Maryland Democra Sen. Chris Van Hollen pressed Bessent on earlier remarks, asking, “You said, ‘I’m sorry [Alex Pretti] is dead,’ but you went on to say ‘he had a weapon’ … Would you like to retract that statement?”
Bessent responded: “I would not. Would you like to express remorse over the death of Ashli Babbitt?”

I had not realized, there were two National Guards shot in DC, this past November. Not simplifying “nor excusing” what happened - but I can see how that could have also added to the tension the police may have had on Jan. 24th.
