Like my crickets marinated in salt, chile and lime then roasted and mixed into my guacamole or just eat them like peanuts.
The agave worms get a better treatment. Done correctly they are quite a delicacy.

This is ground worms, crickets, spices with salt. Can’t get it in the states but it’s great for the rim of Margarita glasses or on fruit like you’d use Tajín.
