I have a friend who is sleeping in my spare room from Cali. Burned out of his house
Pacific Palisades fire. He’s mentally TOAST. He was burned out years ago in one of those fires and rebuild, lost his job as an Armorer for a BIG firm and reinvented himself (3) times after (2) other disasters and (2) STRIKES, shutdowns and became a Security Consultant/Armorer for himself. Taught weapons training, became an NRA Instructor, Security Licenses costing him THOUSANDS of dollars in Fee’s and RED TAPE! (200+ AR’s, Hundreds of handguns, Batons, OC spray, body armor, Uniforms ALL GONe! (AGAIN!) We met on Sicario 1&2, Lone Survivor, No Country for old men; sets. He’s done. Wife Left him. He’s NEVER setting foot in California
again. He doesn’t know what he’s going to do. We’re a Blu-State here but they LOVE the movie industry (where else can they let a Murderer make another movie after trying to convict him of Murder)—as I said ‘You can’t fix…oh nevamind’
When/IF he recovers he wants to work here for the Industry, he’ll do well, way less pay here but relatively steady work (for him). I won’t work for Hollyweird anymore.
This is going to expose all the ‘Nasties’ that has been happening in LALA LAND.

Lessons learned from the LA, CA “uncontrollable” wildfires:
The artificial unnecessary policies of the Lunitic Left that detract from the reality’s of life that can, and will get you dead, like adequate to robust water supplies plentiful enough to suppress multiple large wildlife incidents, and an adequate, and robust enough fire service to deal with this worst case scenario nightmare needs to be the priority of LA, and CA.
Not some artificial ideology that undermines the above.
This should put to rest finally that DEI as a political priority will get you DEAD.
Funding needs to again be prioritized to life safety, and saving issues with a reality based common sense approach.
1-Get the bulk of water diverted to the cities, not to the ocean.
2-Built out all life safety / saving services to the maximum extent possible, by not diverting their funding to useless political agendas that do nothing to sustain life against all threatening adversaries.
Focus on what is important.
Basic survival first more than anything else.
Bullshit policies take last place that do not support lifesurvival first.
Reality fact check: DEI will not save you from a wildfire.
Water, and enough real firefighters are what you need.
Not self-aggrandizing narcissistic politicians who are out of contact with reality, grandstanding their idiotic policies, like diverting water to the ocean, and social “justice” policies vs. functional critical services.
Plentiful water, and adequate numbers of
capable firefighters is what you need to save you from a wildfire, especially when you have six of them fanned by one-hundred mile an hour winds annihilating your city.
This apocalyptic holocaust of wildfires
annihilating your municipality cannot be mitigated by ludicrous political agendas that bring no value to the table of life safety issues.

Florida knows it will be hit by major hurricanes, over and over again. Florida has made an efficient science of managing the risk, considering everything from building codes, evacuation routes, shelters, power line management, back up systems, storm surge protection systems (e.g, the wall around Tampa General Hospital). Anyway, we know they’re coming, it’s a fact of life. Do everything possible to mitigate the risk.
California knows it gets Santa Ana winds. It knows it has a dry fire season. it knows what to do to mitigate the risk, and the “leadership” there was so grossly negligent that they should be criminally charged. They failed everyone.

Check the ‘War Room’ he kept and see all the melted plastic and warped gun metal.

Myself I feel sorry for all involve in these tragedies … It matters not their affiliations… What is important is where we go from here … What we do, to support rebuilding efforts anywhere there is a disaster…

I think also this is a wake up call to the electorate of LA & CA that their elected officials are wasting taxpayer money on bullshit political agendas that don’t return any value to them, and thus, there may be a tide turn away from that bullshit come the next election cycle.
As Mel Gibson said to Gavin Nuisance, he needs to spend less money on hair gel.
I think that even the Hollywood elites have had their fill of the Lunatic Left’s bullshit.
