Legal protection against gun confiscation

Yes, love that show, but they never find what they’re looking for.

Don’t think the feds are half as qualified as the Treasure Hunters.
Don’t they hire feds based on gender confusion these days?
Just saying, but point taken.

Let’s all hope it’ll never come to this.
Definitely want to maintain control at all times and follow a well established and legal protocol.

Think USCAA training will help me to act responsibly.

I was only addressing the PVC pipe hiding firearms from detection. Yes, there are many expensive detection equipment that can detect much deeper. However, the deeper it can detect the less sensitive it is, meaning the larger amount of metal needs to be present. There are many ways to discourage that, such as placing other metal objects in between, seeding the entire field with ferrous and/or non-ferrous bits of metal (depending on what you are hiding), etc. I spent some time reading today on how metal detectors work and how to defeat them. One big way is to put the cache under large, difficult to move metal objects, or inside of them, such as vehicle engines, washers and dryers, splitting the cache, putting numerous decoys in the same field, etc., etc.
