So I was having a likktle dispute with my cousin and when I said CCW he said he had a CCP. I’m still learning the terminology, but I had never heard of CCP. Can someone explain please?
CCP I believe stands for Concealed Carry Permit
Just different names… Concealed Carry Permit, Concealed Carry Weapon, pretty much the same thing, check your permit to see exactly what it is. Mine is a CHP… Concealed Handgun Permit.
Depends on the state and n some cases the reciprocity. In some states issue concealed carry weapon or firearm. If I travel to another state I may only carry my firearm but not my knife, etc…
Dig deeper into all fifty state laws on weapons permits and carry laws.
