I think bowel control is the key here. If Joe can control his bowels he can govern a country.

Even though he doesn’t know about it, as it didn’t matter last time, either. Last election he stated he was running for senator. After inauguration, he was calling Kamala president. Well, one thing I believe we all agree on, is that he is not in charge, but it would be nice to find out who is/are.
