People are pretty welcome to voice their opinions here. I think if you stick around and join in the discussions you’ll find there’s not a whole lot of hate speech going around here. In fact, I haven’t seen any but I’m also pretty new and I’m sure mods catch a lot of it. I will say though that from my experience a lot of firearms owners and especially those who like to talk about it a lot tend to be fairly conservative. I’ve had the same experience at gun events, at the range and at the store. That being said I know there are a growing number of liberal gun owners and an enthusiasts such as yourself.
Please stick around! Join in the conversation! Might have some heated debates in news and politics but the same guys you’re saying spread hate speech and misinformation will be the first to give you advice on just about anything gun and self defense related! I think it’s safe to say that most if not all the people in the forums believe in freedom of speech.
It is implicitly understood that freedom of speech means you have the right to say things other people, and most specifically our government, doesn’t like. This is to prevent suppression of views and encourage free flowing conversations. There is no such thing as “hate” speech, there may be things you find repugnant, there will be things you may not want to hear, but just because you don’t agree with them doesn’t make them wrong.
Words are free, it’s how you use them that may cost you.
The dues you pay are for the purchase of Delta Defense insurance and access to the site’s contents, nothing more. You are an adult, you have the wherewithal to decide what you do or do not wish to see here. You do NOT have the right to force your views upon others.

Oh, wow, I spent more money than I suspect others did, so I should have privileges over the rest of you heathen. No, our country was founded on egalitarianism, where we are all equal. If you believe you are better than any of us here, you are in the wrong place. We are all “allowed”, except where the moderators intervene, to say what we want, believe, or whatever. If you don’t like what is posted, you have at least several options; firstly, act like an adult and don’t cry about someone said something you did not like and have to whine and cry like a baby.
Assuming, based on your screen id, that you are a man, that is not how a man acts. If you are not a man, that is not how even small children behave, and if they did, they would be, at minimum, repremanded and explained to them appropriate behavior.
The other options are scroll on by; not click on threads that hurt your feelings; ignore the poster; cry silently in the corner until you can man-up; learn from it; accept it, as Leftists tell us to; tolerate it as the rest of us do; or leave, as all of the rest of the trolls do.
You are not the best/worst troll we have seen, neither will you be the last. We are still here, will you be?
