This is sad and disappointing. I am a platinum member. This is what my dues are being used for. I joined because I refuse to be a part of the NRA terrorist cult. I am very disappointed that USCCA is allowing itself to be used as a political hate speech and right wing misinformation platform. I am a gun owner and a liberal but I don’t feel its right to impose my views on others especially in such a hateful and disingenuous manner as expressed on this forum. Very disappointed in USCCA.

I like agreeing to disagree… but still making their point…
do I find some that SEEM hard headed and misguided??? IMHO yes…
I have seen opinions that to me screams that stupidity and indoctrination rules that person…
yet I want them to say what they believe… they have that right!!!

I can see how sometimes it can get out of hand, the name calling. At first, I worried it was reflective of the USCCA, but I think it is not.
For example, if another self defense insurance company other than Delta, started an online community forum, there would still be some debate within those posts as well. I think it’s similar to that old adage, being careful “not to discuss religion and politics at the dinner table”. Because we all know what would happen during dinner, if we did, and I believe dinner together is meant to be enjoyable, not work.
I think we are all sensitive, or else we wouldn’t reply. But it shows we care as well.
I trust the moderators sometimes do step in when it gets too far, and they do have an outline of “guidelines”.
As some have pointed out, we do value free speech. Hard to control speech or behavior. Once we start to control that, then we lose that freedom. I guess all I can do is try to be respectful and kind.
Humorous anecdote perhaps, IDK:
During the height of the Covid19 pandemic, and the turbulent times of 2020-2021, I was outside one cold rainy day, standing in a long line outside a firearm shop. Struck up some convo with the gentleman in front of me, and the one behind me, they had never met each other before that day, they each even had their baby child in tote with them. They happened to be on “different sides of the isle”; But they had some common bonds as well.

I’m no fan of the NRA’s recent leadership. Hopefully they are on their way to getting rid of the corruption. We shall have to wait and see. But calling them a terrorist cult is exactly the kind of misinformation spreading you claim to be against.
As someone who has been accused of being an evil communist and worse simply for pointing out here the mistakes the Right side makes, I can understand why someone from the Left would be frustrated by the, at times, very unwelcoming treatment that anyone with a left leaning view gets around here. But as someone who believes that both the Democrat and Republican parties are corrupt beyond repair, I will say that both sides do their fair share of mis/disinformation slinging. Though not everything one or the other side slings around is disinformation.
This is an open forum though so the opinions expressed here should not be confused with the USCCA’s opinions or policies. If you want to hear their opinion or bring your complaints up to the USCCA staff you should tag the @moderators or better yet give them a call.

The aggravation of two people who cannot agree to disagree. To be a part of something that has different ideas and be able to find the good from something you may not be a part of. I am not catholic but yet they believe in God so, why should I be negative to those who are? I am not a staunch republican nor am I a democrat, but should I hate democrats? People are different than other people, no matter what so are you going to just hate other people because they do not think like you do? Anyone pointing at others saying they,… have four fingers pointing back at themselves.
Just face the fact that you are weird and different than those around you and just appreciate the differences. You may not be a Mexican but you still like them tacos!
That is why America is America, you can worship the way you want. You can say that President is an idiot and not get strung up by a rope. Americans do not have a color or a race of people, it is a melting pot. So, you do not have to go to Italy for Italian food and you do not have to go to France for French food.
So, if you do not think like I do or believe in God like I do, I except you because of it. Not everybody can be a United States Marine, and everybody cannot be as good looking as me.

- you pay your ‘dues’ (actually it’s not dues, it’s a Fee for monthly Self Defense Insurance
- While not a fan the NRA has done some Excellent work but alas, like our Current administration has decided to try and take our country off the cliff into the Socialist/Progressive Ocean. Are you a willing participant in that SH** SHOW Sir?
- The USCCA created this Forum for it’s members (um…US!) if you find us distasteful you have many options friend.
