I do have a question. Do we serialize these rounds before or after they’re complete, and do we serialize the bullet or the case? I know in aviation the s/n included p/n mfr. date special process codes etc…guess we’ll have to make things small.

Saw an article a day or two ago. 10 year kid in my former state shot himself in the leg with a pistol, illegally obtained by the 19 year old sibling. I clicked on that, brought me to CT news where I saw 2 more very recent homicides, and realized, after 7/1 this won’t happen any more as Glocks will be off the shelf. Government is wise!
Meanwhile, new place, I’ve heard 3 frt/ machine guns in the “hood” the past couple weeks, one chugged like ma deuce, and I recall one at the lgs ($$$) last year…so I get online to see who got killed…and .. nothing.

So you go to the range, pick up all the brass you can, and reload it. You’ve satisfied the law and the ammo is “registered” to someone else. Assuming it’s the brass that’s serialized.
