I have been Living with injuries . From Bein shot . And Broken Bones from fightin Bad guys . and I have gotten arthritis . I know I can’t be alone in this what helps you to stay steady. I have a Little ball that I squeeze . I switch hands and just keep squeezing and that’s how I keep my fingers moving . I’m gettin older and if anyone knows what helps please share !!!

Glucosamine, Condroitin, MSM, fish oil may help ya’ Bobbyjean. I take the glucosamine w/condroitin/msm combo daily along with a fish oil capsule and cbd/cbn. The doctors had me on demoral and percodan which I gave up about 40 years ago. I still hurt I guess, but at least my brain is clear.

I have excepted the fact that pain is something that can’t be avoided. Once I get moving the pain goes away. It has been a way of life my whole life. Everyone is in pain some people hide it better than others.

Matt’s. Brother sir Thank you for your service sir my Doctor just put me on Prednisone and that seems to help Sir. I can’t take Any thing with Fish in it !!! When I was a baby my Daddy worked for a QUICK SLIVER MINE!!! And ever since I can remember I get so sick when I eat anything with fish in it any thing that swims in the water !!! My Doctor put me on prednisone because remacade that stuff I.V. Would not put weight on me Fast enough kaz I went from 2.40. To 1.27, pounds in 8 months !! I’m cutting down on the morfeen I’m still waiting for my hip surgery and I fell off my MoMAs porch three days ago and I think I Broke a Rib or two I see my Doctor Monday so I’m wrapped up my Lord that’s a new kind of pain sir . Yes sir I will Be coming way Down on the morfeen and Loratabs I was talkin 6 . Ten milligrams . a day now I take three . A Day and when I get my surgery I’m goin to go to Down on every thing I wish I could take vidimens omaga 3 and that kind but nothing Fish I’m Doing so much Better after they did that exploring in my abdomen I felt so sorry for everyone kaz they truly Believed I was goin to not make it. And after ya truly know me I’m a kool Brother to have in the toolbox sir old school Like so many of you all no Games serious is much more Fun Here’s ya a Root Beer

I went grocery shopping today, and was reminded that collagen is another good thing for achy bones. You can either buy the powder or get it in bone broth…or do both.
Good for the skin, nails and (what’s left of our) hair as well I am told.

Mattm sir. Debbie Ann takes that cloagin stuff I’m talkin stomach medicine so many different kinds for my new cronies Disease I found out they tested me for aids hepatitis and every thing else. I don’t have any of that they could not Believe anyone could be so injured and still Be happy and Walk around like nothin was wrong every single time they gave me a ct mri they Found out , just Because you’re not cryin doesn’t mean you’re not seriously INJURED!!! I’m so thankful they saved my Life for now that’s all I care about right now . Sir Debbie Ann and MoMA needs me . When I went to get surgery exploratory and they took out my colon a cut it in half and put it back together and put back in my surgeons at united Regional Hospital when I went in I said you call we Hall and my surgeons Looked at me and said Don’t you have any one here . I said yes sir !! I Have the Grate Spirit . A you all said you have Done this before lol Brother Sir I would not Let anyone . Come to the hospital with me when everyone me included didn’t Believe I was going to get out of surgery . After three Days I got to walk out I’m so very Blessed Sir. I truly don’t know why I get to still Be Here . When so many. Much Better Brothers didn’t don’t . That makes me sad a fuke seriously heart baraken. Yeah buddy, your present situation sounds like my worst day, which fortunately is way behind me. 21, I was told to go make peace with my family, words I’ll never forget. Survived that crap, then at 23, lost feeling in my legs and was told I’d be “para, possibly quadriplegic” without surgery after breaking 7 ribs, compressing 9 vertebrae and rupturing 4 discs. I saw another dr.who asked “how’d you get here?” and when I said “motorcycle” he said “no, how’d you get in this room?” as he felt I shouldn’t be able to walk 
. He was keyed in on my hip. I quit medical doctors (2019, skull, skin, mastoid, ear, and spine infection which ended up getting cured with colloidal silver/ Russian olive leaf after antibiotics and topical meds failed) , saw a chiropractor for a few years and a massage therapist on occasion who liked what I had done with my muscle development to hold my bones together.
These days, 40 years later, I definitely feel the hip but hiked 11 miles over the past 2 days. Had butterflies leading me up and down the mountain, and vultures entertaining me on the ridge yesterday. Wednesday was a bald eagle, osprey and a goldfinch who didn’t mind me taking his picture while he feasted on…what, I don’t know, maybe a dandelion bud. For that, and having a wife who knows how to keep me going, I am thankful.

Mattm. Brother Sir You just Described Heven as close as for this world Today !!! What’s Funny as all get out. I Have Rode my HD. To my Doctor appointments I Told my Doctor I’m not Pushing it just think of it as my Hover round!! lol till 20,18, I Did a height side Flip and Led me to this My Bike went to Hell totally . It Left my house on a flatbed wrecker. And I Don’t even give two shitts about ever gettin back on I Road over 40, years I never thought I would Live to be a four wheel Man lol with a tail gate. lol 
my Bike Never made me . I Made My Bike Look Good . Till it was my turn to eat it . Brother I totally Destroyed My Bike all by my self all a lone goin to get a cup of coffee two miles away to the truck stop and Debbie Ann had just said she wasn’t goin thank the Grate Spirit kaz she would not have made it as I was goin Down I Hit the Throttle and my tack was blenkin Red. Odometer went to the needle.!! When the rear tire hooked it said 47, miles an hour! Woohoo bunny hopped my Bike as high as MoMAs Roof.!! I was tryin to catch the power lines and missed it knocked me out three times in a Row . It Destroyed all my Leathers and I had every thing I carry Brother the only thing that was not Destroyed was the amount of pain it was Like that time I got Blasted an I still see Green out my Left Eye. I still taste GSR I’m so Blessed to be not just alive I can still Run. God’s got a sense of humor !! Hi I’m Bobby Jean . lol an I’m about to get hip surgery lol seriously I must have PIZZED OFF GOD IN ANOTHER LIFE. You and I have a Hell of a Lot in common. Brother Mattm when Debbie Ann and I go to WF FOR SUPPLIES AND DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS. I always take bread and whatever else we have Left over from lunch and I call the Birds and they show up and they are so amazing . I have had over a hundred Birds Landing in parking lots and people think it’s so Kool it’s Funny when people need to wait till they move to Park in the parking a Walmart lol kaz I’m standing there whimsicaling to them I Love Birds Free Birds all animals Love me !! Ok that armadillo I ran over might have a different opinion but I still feel bad about . I Love animals more than most people rude seems to be the norm sadly. There is a verses in the bible that says don’t speak ill of the Ritch man or the king kaz a little Bird the fowl of the air will tell of the matter . This weeks peeps. Janice puts out crushed eggshells which the Bluejays and Cardinals like to eat.
Pix are mockingbird, got a couple families and they’re pretty tame and smart. The vultures were doing their aerobatics along the cliff, Canada goose came charging at me when I was checking out a property, protecting Mama and the nest, that’s the goldfinch eating whatever it is they eat, it was quite happy, and bottom pic is two crows enjoying a beautiful day. I caw at them and they caw back. I thought it was a little Pequot blood in me, but I think it’s actually Crow

I’ve not had serious physical injuries as such myself, but been hearing how “walks or sitting in the woods” among trees help whereby the natural chemicals from trees have scientific healing powers. Epsom Salt baths at home.

They are wonderful to watch. I live between 3 mountain ranges and the vultures just love to play in the wind. First I’ll see one or two then others come gliding in and they have fun showing their skills off to each other and Janice and me.
Someone hit a deer across the street today, so thinking they’ll be landing here for awhile instead of just playing overhead.
