The only exercise you’ll get from a Harley is when you pick it up.
Some of us practice Martial Arts several time a week. Good for stretching, strength, coordination and conditioning and easily fashioned to fit anyone’s physical/mental abilities.

I took out the trash for my MOMA and Debbie ann and I washed all the clothes and help out all I can and still keep my collection . Maintenance so . They are dependable!!. And I try to make Debbie ann . So she does not have to worry about anything OUTHER than GETING better. I Just try my very best to take . Away any and all worries . So she . Can just get better . Want to stay in shape or get better shape? These are different things.
Depending on the age and body conditions you will need to adopt habits that will help you.
There’s no reason to force yourself to do things you may not like or are not possible to do.
Start at the very morning. When you wake up try to exercise for a moment. Few squad few pushups. Drink glass of water with fresh squeezed lemon juice.
Eat light breakfast 30 - 60 minutes later.
Running, jogging, biking are the best and easiest ways to keep body in shape. Even walking do the job. The thing is you must feel tired to know it’s working for you. Walking works as well, but it’s a longer process.
Control your food. Drink a lot, it lowers your hunger. Eat the same amount of food you have been eating but distribute it differently: more often in less chunks.
Body needs fuel but added regularly in small parts.
Eat more fruits and veggies.
So as you see… it’s more about changing habits. It might be hard at the beginning, but eventually you will see results after some time.

I . Want to thank each and every one of the members of the USCCA .we have some members that just want to share their . Negative thoughts and try and get OUTHERS to not act with respect and honor!! But for the most part we have members that truly care about OUTHERS and training and the world is truly about what the USCCA is doing and that is bringing the better members together because we are defenders of the family we Love and the week are elderly. And the CHILDREN. And we are members of a family of people who still care enough to train to make a difference and just a kind word can change some ones Entire Day and we all need to feel needed and help full and we do . Anyway, coming back to OP question… all the advices came from personal experience.
Beside the fitness, you may be interested in better strength of your hands to master pistol’s grip and make shooting much easier. For this I’ve been using grip strengthener / gripper, but I prefer and recommend grip balls.
Balls allow to work on individual finger, which is important for shooting hand, where you must isolate trigger finger form all others.
Good luck with achieving your goals and don’t hesitate asking more questions.
My wife has been using a local fitness center. We all joined as a family this summer. It’s not a cheap solution.
I used to walk daily, but got out of the habit. I’m trying to lose a few pounds and get in better shape.
My brother walks/hikes with a weighted pack for more resistance.
I also have a cheap Wal Mart hand strengthener in my vehicle. Easy to use when driving down the road. I need to remember to use it again.
I have a Total Gym Fit,free weights and some miscellaneous indoor gear.I still run a mile a day.Still do my old pt regimen from the service.Im still in damn good shape for my ancient age …lol
