The menu bar in my Reply window has no ‘upload’ button.
The upload button in the browser on my phone is in the lower right corner of the reply screen.

When you reply, just above where you are typing content, the upload icon is the 7th one over from the left, 6th from the right. Hover over it, and it will read “download”, click on that.
It looks similar to this example, only much smaller, LOL. Apologies for giganto, it was the only one I could find.
Or copy and paste maybe?
