As i’ve posted before, I despise wood and leather for guns and knives. They’re both subject to drying out and cracking over time. When you shop holsters, shop FALCO before everybody else - they have a HUGE number of offerings in just ballistic nylon. Pay particular attention to your gun make and model, caliber, barrel length, etc., and to the several options they offer. If a shoulder holster is what you want, look at their ROTO design. FYI
