This is strange, I’ve NEVER been on hold as long as I’ve been on hold at this point for the USCCA call center. As I am writing this I’m at 1 hour and 50 minutes. Dunno if something’s wrong with the phone system, but this is either a technical problem OR they are just this swamped.
I prefer to talk to the reps to get entered into ther gun a day and I know I could just get a call back, BUT, my luck id be doing something and not hear ther phone.
