While due process and medical evidence are a step in the right direction… I want to know who gets to pick the doctor. There are cases of the police chief in Hawaii who had not issued a carry permit in over 20 years, I could see some courts having a bunch of doctors that wouldn’t pass anyone who was “Red Flagged”. This whole move towards "Minority Report’ law is a slippery slope.
