Lessee? Hmmmmmm? Who’s fault is this current ’Shutdown’ ? In my advanced years I may be misremembering (and I do not wish to do that these days). Who wanted FREE Healthcare for the MILLIONS of Illegal Aliens they let into this country for the Votes?…. Who is responsible for some of the worst Policy decisions EVER? (Revolving door Justice, COVID (and all that that implies) , Emasculating our Police Force and replace them with Social Workers?. Lawfare against our President, Assassination Attempts, Illegal Raid on a Former president HOME for the purpose of ‘Finding Illegal Documents (that weren’t there)–they were in Joey’s Open garage!. Unfortunately I could continue but why bother.
This Shutdown is just the latest Temper Tantrum in a long line of Temper tantrums by these Criminals and I just can’t wait till the Indictments come and te Tribunals begin.
They have (3) choices:
Prison, Execution or Opting out (of Life) They are running scared now and Opting out seems the more prudent way to end this mess.

What more are you hoping for here? The best evidence came from Virginia Giuffre, which led to the arrests of Epstein & Maxwell. She also accused Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, Alan Dershowitz, and others, all of whom deny it and continue to walk free. And you think a mythical list of names somewhere is going to result in justice? IMHO, it’s a pipe dream to think that there’s some hidden evidence somewhere that will be more of a smoking gun than what has already been released.
Bill Clinton’s DOJ had charges against Epstein dismissed twice. Trump’s first term in office resulted in Epstein going to jail. And I’m supposed to believe that Trump is intentionally hiding key evidence? To protect who exactly??? If it was to protect Trump or any of his allies, the Biden puppeteers would have released it during the election last year.
What we have here is little more than Trump supporters claiming something exists, that Biden won’t release, and Trump making a campaign promise to release it. Once back in office, there’s nothing to release that hasn’t already been released, so Democrats jump all over it to make it look like he’s intentionally hiding something. It’s called political narrative. It’s a pretty big leap to start flinging accusations about “letting pedos go free.” From my own perspective, this is 100% political noise with no meat. The most notorious offenders on “Epstein’s list” are walking around free and you’re beating a drum about a remote possibility of adding more names to a list, with no eyewitnesses or other supporting evidence to get any convictions.
Unless another victim steps forward to point investigators toward yet unknown evidence, or someone gets Ghislaine Maxwell to talk, there’s nothing more here. Instead of chanting “release the Epstein files”, why aren’t you chanting, “Put Clinton in jail.” …or Dershowitz, or any of the others who walk free? Are YOU protecting pedos?

I would be happy to see anyone who is guilty put away for being a pedo. I have no love for the Clintons; you cannot believe the bullshiat my detractors expel. They have limited mental capacities. There is a common denominator with Pedos the worst ones are those who hold power and can get away with it. I personally will always have questions about any adult male who wants a job where they are surrounded by children. Yes there could be something wrong with me where I have little to no patience for any child that is not mine, thankfully both my children are adults today. I do hope if my children have children I will become that cool Grandpa but I highly doubt it. It will most likely be a whole lot of me taking them on fishing trips where I tell them that they need to be super quiet or the fish will hear us and we won’t catch anything.

I am uneasy about this also. I do not understand why anyone would not want to hunt down predators walking among us. If Trump really wants to “Drain the Swamp,” this would be a good place to start with the scum floating on top.

In support of emergency care, there are times we as first and even second responders do not know much about a patient, such as their identity, even once they are admitted to the hospital; During which we provide them the same care whilest “hospitalized”.
Our ethics and oaths kick in.
Aside from that, I still have concerns of how non legal immigration has and or can have negative affects on the economy if left unchecked.
I do respect your empathy and compassion for them - some of whom are our gardeners, restaurant workers, brick layers, take care of our frail, or take on menial day labor.

Once again, the shutdown has nothing to do with illegal aliens. If that is your talking point, you being lied to and too lazy to find the truth (or don’t want to hear the truth).
The shutdown is over Republicans cancelling the ACA (Obamacare) subsidies, which will cause ACA preimums to increase by an average of 75% and more than double for many people. ACA subsidies are very popular, especially in Republican areas were a higher percentage of citizens get their health insurance through the ACA.
Latest polling shows that 78% of all people want the subsidies extended, and 57% of self-identified MAGA supporters want the subsidies extended. 2026 ACA premium rate increases will be mailed to policy holders in the next two months and this will destroy Republicans at the mid-term elections if they are not extended. Trump knows this and has already said he is open to a deal. Marjorie Taylor Greene, of all people, wants to extend them and has publicly criticized other Republicans for cancelling the subsidies.

She is also been vocal about releasing the Epstein files. She is starting to speak her own voice becasue she knows her seat is very safe (she won by 30%), and she’s not worried about about being primaried by Trump.
