My local FFL/Range agreed to match the lowest online (in stock) price I could find for a piece of hardware I’ve been wanting. They even went so far as to match the OTD price and not add the sales tax after the fact. It’s great to be in good terms with your local shop.

So now, the wait begins. At least they allow conjugal visits at the range until I’m able to get it out of tax stamp jail.

At least 3 months. Some guys I know had to wait 9 months to a year. Hopefully the new online system makes it go quicker.
