Just another irrational case of suing the innocent and putting no blame on the guilty.
Maybe they will sue auto manufacturers next for allowing people to put aftermarket parts on their products and participating in illegal street racing?
That is the unethical money hungry attorneys going after the deep pockets for a big payday schemers at work there, just because they can.
Some are always targeting all in sight indiscriminately to get whatever they can, from whoever they can regardless of who actually is the bad guy.
Like the gang bangers who want to scar their enemies making a big spectacle spraying a huge amount of ammunition around.
Or, who loaned his gun to someone who acted negligently because the doer has no money to go after but, that gun’s owner has a house, and other assets to be had.
They don’t care who pays, only that someone does, preferably who has the most to pay, or as many as they can get to pay.
Whatever buys their next vacation, car(s), or both. Or, pays their kids college tuition.

Gabby is such a tool of the Democrats. But she has to stir the pot now that Republicans are in control. Her comments on X have become irrelevant as she continues to name drop and grease the palms of congressional leaders. While we shouldn’t ignore her actions, we should question what she does with those donations. They certainly aren’t stopping gun violence in S-hole cities like Chicago and Oakland.
Let’s hope the thread stays as it is more specific and brings to bear one of the primary reasons (The Giffords) why people bow before these gun control advocates.

Giffords is like a woman scorned. 
This is why I’ve said and have written my elected officials to pass a law that simply states that a plaintiff, government or private, brings any suit against a defendant and loses, they are responsible for all the defendants cost’s including attorneys, lost wages and other court and private expenses. They would also be forbidden from attempting a similar case against any other person or company or corporation; violation would result in the lawyer and the corporation they work for permanently losing their license to practice law.
Not as gabby as she once was.
I believe that after Jan. 20th these ‘Frivolous’ Law Suits disappear.

(that is their hope) Well, so sorry Socialists, ‘Hope don’t float!’ It is our RIGHT to own Firearms and Protect ourselves. You can’t just Sue that RIGHT away.

Contrary to their twisted beliefs, 1. The firearms industry as a whole is a relatively tiny industry, without a lot of cash. I remember researching this a while back on a different thread. I don’t remember the exact numbers, but Apple made more money in a day than Smith and Wesson made in a year, or something like that. 2. Gun laws do absolutely nothing to reduce violent crime. I’ve looked and looked. There seems to be no honest study, and nothing I could put together, to correlate strict gun laws with reduced murder or violent crime in general.
They want their people armed, just not the rest of us. Well, when Glock, SW, Sig and Ruger are all gone, where are their police going to get arms? Oh, right, they de-funded their police!!!
