Full size 1911 vehicle carry IWB

For anyone that tries to say IWB carry full size 1911 10mm isn’t possible especially when sitting in a vehicle. Yes it takes a little getting used to but I don’t mind it. It helps using a hybrid crossbreed holster

I know a cop who regularly carried a 1911 off duty. He shot himself in the foot somehow while extracting it from under the seat of his VW bug.

Check your metal holster clips so they aren’t bending.

J clips are a better choice
had my Cross Breed holster IWB fall out with those friction clips
switched to the J clips and no more problems

not a fan of most clips on holsters… they don’t work real well IMHO…

Ouch!!! To each their own. I might have decided to go open carry on that one. Or just conceal it on the hip under the jacket. Awesome gun!!!
