27 to 13 vote Florida Senate Passes Constitutional Carry Law. Now it goes to the Governors desk. Governor DeSantis already said if it came to him he would sign it.

@William377 That’s great, wished it happened here in NM. It was tried, but was tabled in the Judiciary. And even if passed and would make to the Governors desk (Democrat) She would VETO it. Ya one of them ANTI… 
The House Bill 164 introduced for a Permitless Conceal Carry. Nice try to get rid of conceal carry permits.

And NC just got rid of the “Permit” system. If you want a handgun and don’t have a CC License all you have to do is pass the NICS check and you take it home that day!!!

Do you have any info on Louisiana’s constitutional carry bill? I thought I read somewhere that their state legislature has also approved it and it could be going to the Governor’s desk soon.

In Colorado, where I live, the legislature is working really hard to become California. Colorado is debating whether to ban ARs.

That really is sad about Colorado. It’s such a beautiful stare, one of my favorites. Fortunately they still have reprocity with Arizona, so I can still carry when we go there for our annual camping trips.
