That couple acted like this over a fender bender. WOW. I have seen it all. If they were lawfully able to possess that firearm they acted irresponsibly. They should be arrested and charged attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon. They should never be issued a CCW again after this incident. I believe the woman left the scene out of fear. I would have left also and fled in a hurry and found the nearest police station and reported it.
