Step one. Assume everyone is armed.
My two major takeaways, the major screw-ups for each party as I see it:
Person shot: Quit road raging, don’t get out of your car, don’t go up to someone’s window, don’t put your hands in someone’s window, watching this clip once, this person appears to be an aggressor. Don’t do that.
Shooter: Just drive away. Don’t shoot a seemingly unarmed man for reaching in your window, and don’t even let the man get up to your window…keep your window UP (or roll it UP)…don’t pull over…don’t stop…DRIVE AWAY

From reading the news about Chicago, it could be their marketing campaign. What a waste/shame.
An armed society is supposed to be a polite society.
Since I started carrying, I’ve ignored morons on the road even if I have the right of way, etc.
Very sensible.
But not all white people are racist. It doesn’t matter what race he is we are all mankind and all share the same planet.
This is exactly why I don’t participate in any road rage. My heart goes out to the family.
