Finding a comfortable holster for a bigger guy

I’m 5 9, 250 lbs. the most comfortable holster I’ve found is:
Alien Gear Cloak Tuck 3.5 IWB Holster (Inside the Waistband). I wear it at 4 o’ clock.
I have one each for my Glock 19 and 43. It is even comfortable when driving.

Also, I will be adding a Sport Tuck Belly Band Expansion Pack for those hot summer days while wearing “running” shorts. (Great people to work with!)

I wear leather gear, with good leather belt that is designed for carry of a handgun and couple other items. I was trial and error on what worked for me also. There are a few Cos out there that carry great gear. It just wasn’t the gear for me but mode of dress also. I carry OWB as I find IWB to be uncomfortable and the fact I would have to wear clothes larger than i normally would. Hope you have been doing well Lu-Can. Fall weather is upon us and with it a shift in how I conceal

Hi, I’m a bigger guy, right handed. I have found an IWB in leather, with a sheepskin liner against my body gives me cool sweat free all day carry. A custom fit holster is pricey but worth it. I’m living in Indiana so we have all of the weather and this holster works all year long. If you want a shoulder holster for winter is for your, good luck hunting I’m not finding one I like yet.

Welcome aboard,
Dennis Keith

Do you need to re-adjust your rig when standing up/sitting down?

No because I use a Kore essentials belt

The proper term is “Tactical Tummy”

I’m a big fan of Tier1, if they work for you then :+1:
