I worked on that! (mars attacks) The first saucer shot of the movie (coming up behind the house), a bunch of shots in the opening seq and some washington dc shots. (animation, lighting and compositing)

At the suggestions of @Clinton and @David38 I just finished watchingThe Man Who Shot Liberty Valance. That was a tough movie to sit through. Another first time movie for me. I knew that someone would go after Ransom (Jimmy Stewart) for murder. The politicos haven’t changed much through the years. It is a great movie with a few good lessons and a few twists and turns.

It is a good movie, and right after I posted that message I turned on Grit-TV only to see them showing Liberty Valance. I had to watch; that’s a message from the universe.

I did not look through all previous replies to see if this was mentioned, but my fav classic Western/Gunslinger movie is “The Outlaw Josey Wales”…I used to watch it on DVD so much my son hid the disc from me. Now I get it streaming instead
