I may be reading this wrong, but this is what I am referring to.
Yes, however, their effective date is 60 days after that (lower on that page in the legalese)
I double checked with our Concealed Carry Map expert to make sure I was reading it right too - because my first thought was it was April 9 as well when I read that link you provided.

Dawn, it was very nice to meet you when I was at the expo this weekend. Unfortunately I wasnāt able to attend the coffee meet but I really wanted too. I had terrible jet lag from my flight this morning and overslept. The event was wonderful and a great opportunity to train, learn about new products, and attend some wonderful seminars. You and your staff are great people and I am really glad I had the opportunity to come. I had the opportunity to meet Tim Schmidt, Brock Wikowski, Beth Alcazar, and Dave Young. They were all great. Thank you for the hospitality and the warm welcome. I would definitely return next year.

It was such an exciting time for me to get to meet you at the Pittsburgh USCCA Show. Thank you so much for the invitation to coffee after the show on Saturday. I enjoyed getting to hang with you guys for a while and thank you for coming with the gang to Pittsburgh. I really liked the show and bar none, it was the best gun show Iāve been to here in the 'burgh. I told Tim too about having it at the Monroeville Expo Mart. Free parking, lote of accomodations and easy access are there to and from the Expo Mart.

It was THE best gun show I have ever attended. All of the USCCA employees I had a chance to interact with (I will not try to name you all for fear of forgetting someone) were absolutely great.
