Didn’t I hear they are trying to pass a law that says you get fined $18,000.00 for attempting to stop shop lifters.
No not around here. These guys are too lazy to actually try to take stuff, they just get drunk or high and shoot each other.

As if anyone needed to be reminded of another reason not to live in urban cesspools.
That sounds like my home town. Those that don’t leave end up on welfare, drunk, high or all three. A cpl companies have wanted to come in but can’t find a sober enough person to work.
