A plan for what, exactly?
My plan is to be flexible.

During a Zombie Apocolypse make friends with some Senior Citizens—You can always throw them at the Zombie’s when you make a break for the trees!

That is the main idea of this post. There are too many factors involved in things that could happen and the plans made must be paired with what is happening. Such as, not everybody lives by a volcano that could erupt. Not everybody lives in flooding zones that they have to worry about. Each one has a different effect upon different people.
But having a plan for such things should be considered in what you might do in such cases. Having an idea of what effects will ensue and who you can rely upon and maybe help out might make the difference on your survivability and well being.
I live by the “unofficial” moto of my last unit,
SEMPER GUMBI
Always flexible
My ‘Unit’ had the motto ‘Semper POKEY’ (We weren’t as cool as you guy’s!)
(@ least we didn’t call ourselves Semper Sponge Bob----that would have sucked!—awful Shoulder patch too I would imagine.)

Not so much!
i will say that those that run will become food at some point. and 2 can defend a position traps foo gas and select firearms ect. and the kids will show up at some point lol.
I don’t want to tell you how to defend your own keep so to speak, but…I’d be willing to bet a good bit that two people aren’t guaranteed to successfully defend themselves and their location from whatever may roll up. That is an awfully tall order, especially considering how many people have the capability to arrive silently from hundreds of yards away and send lead in out of nowhere to start it off. Not to mention what fire can do to most locations
Quick way to flush people out
