Defendant jumps railing and judges bench to attack her.
Saw this one earlier tonight (itās still Wednesday for me, Iām a day sleeper!)
Apparently he had several priors for assault, and was back in front of a judge after another? That part wasnāt clear.
He plead that he doesnāt deserve jail time for his current offense, and she didnāt buy it.
So what does repeat offender assault guy do?
Assaults the judge!
Thatās one way to get the maximum sentence.
And the max sentence on an additional set of charges too
Who here can jump and pounce like this? Not at the judge of course. I cannot.
Yeah the judge was reading back his priors, all felonies, and didnāt like hearing them and her decision for not giving him bail.
Butā¦ you must admitā¦that was a really great jump. Very spectacular.
5 points.
Nah Iām the Russian judgeā¦.he only gets a 9.5.
Some years ago, I went to āJudge trainingā at the National Judicial College at the University of Nevada at Reno which trains judges from all over the country.
One of the sessions dealt with courtroom security. The instructor showed us two tables covered with scary āstuff.ā One contained the things that got past the metal detectors commonly used in courthouses (e.g., plastic knives, garrotes, clubs, etc) and the other contained things commonly found in a courtroom (e.g., fire extinguishers, sizzors, staplers, chairs, clipboards) that could be used in a courtroom assault.
The instructor emphasized that firearms can and do find their way into courtrooms, often the firearms carried by deputies working the metal detector, of firearms brought in by court staffers or attorneys who might have a relative involved in a legal proceeding. The instructor also emphasized that assaults can happen outside the courthouse, like in the drive to and from work.
The discussion among students quickly turned to āSo what sort of firearm do you carry?ā In my group of 20 or so judges I was struck that all of them carried something.
I focused on the guards, their reaction time seemed pretty slow. The guy actually handled the two guards pretty easily, for a while. Then there was the guy hitting him in the backā¦
He had pretty good distance to be covered before the jump.
Iām guessing the Courtroom will have a different standards starting tomorrow.
What is being done to discourage folks from deranged behavior in the court room? Nothing.
Why is bailiff not armed with a baton? And I am not talking about concealed collapsible baton, but a nice and heavy type, very conspicuous. DId you see Griner in court in Moscow? She was caged, despite non-violent offense.
The case I was on the jury for, the gang bangers would get on the stand and talk that street crap including M.F. and F.U. I asked the judge, in the jury room, why he allowed that behavior. His response āThis is a court of law, you have the same rights to free speech here that you have on the streetsā.
So with that being said you can never be in contempt of court for being disrespectful.
Nuh, Buh, buh He was turning his life around yer 'onorā¦

Bailiff was looking @ paperwork! GOT TAZER? The American Flag got into the fight better than the Court officers
That was crazyā¦got 30 yearsā¦now he wont get out!!!
Thatās the price heās willing to pay to be famous.
Best Courtroom Jump reward goes to ā¦
Looks like he succeeded. Now he will be famous while incarcerated as well.
Yeah, exactly where she should still be as well. The marine should be home.
The judge on our case had a CC Permit that actually had a āJudgeā Water mark.
