given the SEEMING sensitivity of some on this board/forum I will NOT be making a direct link to this subject!!!

also the language used is occasionally off color so to speak… and there is some name calling…

that said…

this is pretty much a done deal in at least one country…

and there is a push to make it world wide…

thinkin none of us want this??? get everything shut down cause they say your a terrorist…

you argued with the school board about what they’re doing to your kids… and so???

Not gun-related but think about this case.
Los Angeles County wants a judge to force Kobe Bryant’s widow to undergo a psychiatric evaluation to prove she suffered emotional distress from leaked photos of the crash that killed her husband, daughter and seven others.

If you worked long enough with “mental health professionals,” you would know that the industry heavily leans left.

When you’re accused as a terrorist and your mental health is questioned, do you believe you’ll get a fair evaluation?

I can assure you of this, once you’ve even been evaluated for a serious mental disorder, you’ll never be deemed 100% ever again.

A friend who was hospitalized for bipolar disorder after being arrested for standing in the middle of the street, talking to traffic signals has never been treated as “normal” by anyone he knows since the event occurred 30 years ago.

First, “YO LAWYER PEOPLE” is borderline rude. Its been posted here before that the attorneys here do not work for USCCA unless assigned to a specific case and agrees to take that case. They are not on retainer to answer our every question unless freely choosing to do so as @MikeBKY
so graciously shares his professional insights with us.

Being evaluated with a mental health disability does not revoke your rights. You still are a citizen. If you do something that constitutes a crime and are prosecuted then you lose rights at least temporary in some states. Mentally I’ll people also have the right to defend themselves.

In general, most state, federal and international laws define “terrorist” as someone who does an act dangerous to human life in violation of the criminal laws of the nation or state that appear to be intended to intimidate or coerce the civilian population, influence government by intimidation or coercion or to affect the conduct of the government by mass destruction, assassination or kidnapping.

I will go out on a limb here and say that if someone falls in to this definition, USCCA will not provide benefits anymore than if they shoot someone while they are robbing a bank.

Lol! So sensitive! The fact of the matter is that definitions of things have been changing to make things what they weren’t and aren’t. Like the definition of a vaccination, the definition of a terrorist could change at anytime. Like if a parent is disagreeing with a school board or a person tries to fly unjabbed. Either way the question is would a USCCA lawyer help someone to be able to get or keep a gun and that’s not really what they do. They defend cases of people that have used their gun lawfully. A case where someone is considered a terrorist or mentally unfit for use of the 2nd amendment would be more for a constitutional lawyer or civil rights lawyer.

the idea is to ask any such to give us their opinion… OPINION… means what they think of such…

I do notice several replies that suggest mental issues…

and the question put forth is NOT about mental issues… yet that is the reply…

the question started here… for a time people protesting a certain doctrine being taught in their schools…

were facing charges of being terrorist!!!

and IF those charged were levied against those people…

OR…

charges of a similar nature were levied against any of us for any reason when we tried to deal with anything similar…

would we lose the protection of USCCA…

IMHO it is a simple question…

what you gonna do IF you are declared a terrorist for truly peacefully protesting or just sending a non-violent query to your state or federal whatever…

and then lose the USCCA protection you have now???

Conspiracy theorist has evolved into a compliment describing someone who thinks critically. I used to think that a person just needs to make the best with what they’re given. Now I’m like, these people are lying to us every day. Because they are. They are lying to us to take our freedoms, because they are. They want to set up a system that controls who gets what and how much. A ccp ID a lot like the one in this title is a means to that end. It’s actually obvious.
