I’ve got a CZ P10c with an olight Valkyrie mini 2 flashlight. This is my “home defense” weapon and spends most of the time in the safe in my nightstand. My quest is for a holster to store this in (more for the safety aspect) than the ability to carry it. My CCW option is a P10s that I carry using a holster made by hawg holsters. I’d like to get another hawg holster, but they don’t “do the light thing”. Anyone have a similar setup and could you suggest a holster that I could use with the flashlight?
Thanks
If you are just looking for something to cover the trigger while in the safe maybe email the folks at the link below and see if they can make one for your setup.
This was the only one I could find made for guns with lights. I don’t have a light on my home defense gun but use a trigger guard similar to this attached to my quick access safe. It makes sure that I can’t accidentally pull the trigger when reaching for the gun in a sleepy panic, but once I have my proper grip I can pull it out of the safe and the guard pulls off on its own. No futzing around to get the holster off. You could also do this with a standard holster if you attach some sturdy cord to it.
From Olight’s product page for the Valkyrie Mini 2, these are the holster makers that accommodate this light, not sure on if they handle your CZ:
Vedder Holsters
The CZ P10c I believe, could be wrong though, will fit in a G19 holster.
@Shamrock has a good idea.
You shouldn’t add another weakness to quick access to your home defense pistol.
With “triggersafe” attached to the safe you won’t lose speed having extra security level.
I believe Vedder has that option. I’ve got 2 Vedder holsters and highly recommend them quality-wise. They ship your order quickly and have great communication.
Thanks all for the information. I found a trigger guard holster from pj holsters.

I’ll update with a review after I received it!
Just FYI the trigger holster pictured in your link won’t work with your light mounted on the gun. Unless you ordered something different than the picture? What is pictured is pretty close to what I have for my light free gun. They work great when attached to the mounting screws on quick access safes as long as the safe is mounted to something sturdy like the floor or heavy furniture.
It is the kind of gadget I might use on a hunting, or on the range but not for securing a defensive firearm
The trigger guards aren’t for securing your firearm. They provide an extra line of safety when retrieving your loaded firearm from a quick access safe in a hurry. Though some people do use them as minimalist carry holsters.
Update. PjHolsters was able to create a trigger guard that will allow my light to fit (Thanks to PJHolsters!).
So far I am very happy with their work. As was eluded to above, I’m not using this to absolutely secure my defensive firearm, it’s just an “extra” line of safety (as @Shamrock) put it when storing my pistol in the quick access safe.
Glad they were able to make a guard that could work with your light! I’m curious what design they came up with?
I recently decided to put a light on my home defense gun and ended up getting the Trigger Safe guard I linked above for my G19. It is ok but hangs up a little on the light and turns it on if I pull the gun out at the wrong angle. A little filing will likely smooth things out.
Are you going to secure it to the inside of the safe using some type of cordage? That way when you pull it out it comes off or do you prefer to take it off yourself?
So far, my plan is to take it off myself. Might refine that in time, if it is warranted…
Attaching the guard to the safe so it pulls off as you pull the handgun out is a big advantage when faced with an imminent threat. Frees your other hand to fend off an attacker, shine a handheld flashlight at them, or grab a spare magazine, etc. It can be easily done by attaching paracord to the mounting screws on most quick access safes.
PjHolsters custom made the trigger guard holster to accommodate my light. Super customer service!
