Everyone on US soil has the right to due process, it’s stuff like this that will allow US Citizens to be shipped out to death camps like it’s 1940s Germany. I never thought this day would come but I am prepared.

So if China landed an amphibious attack force on US soil and rolled through your city claiming it for China, you would try to arrest them and give them due process before deportation orders could be made?

Let that sink in for a minute

It’s posted in memes so I don’t know if it’s true or not.

This is what he says on X.

I would shoot them and those who surrendered would face deportations from a court. I don’t worry about my Government handling China, I worry about my Government handling me.

And deny them their due process?

You’re a monster!

But the twitter post says

The Constitution does not apply to enemy combatants on American soil, illegal immigrants, or to
foreigners in their home countries.

Thus my reference to enemy combatants…

You make quite a leap from criminal occupants to US citizens. US Citizens have certain rights and privileges which are not afforded to others in the country, even those here legally. Those here illegally have the fewest of all, just like in every other nation on earth, past or present.

Without due process how do you gaurantee someone is not a citizen?

I consider it this way: Legal citizens have rights, here on legal visa, you have rights, here on legal passport, you have rights. Here without the above, you have Zero (0) Nada rights. My tax dollars are not paid to and tie up our courts and make attorneys rich and hobble our laws. If you’re here on the items listed above, you have nothing to fear. People will say “but what if”? If those insisting on the opposite argument want to continue, then I say if someone who breaks into your home, please apply your argument and admit they have the right to be there and whatever they do they is ok, and you have no right to act against them without giving them their day in court. Our country or your home in our country, they have rights, right??

That is the misconceived distortion that the Lunitic Left is promoting in the media to preserve their bogus votes.

You are misconstruing people here legally with those who are not here legally.

The former has constitutional rights, the later does not.

Illegals are NOT the same as legals under the Constitution.

Pay for them with your money, not mine.

They are still entitled to due process if they are not a citizen, the process is different than if they are. One cannot prove the truth. If they are not a citizen that is the proof.

It is up to the individual to demonstrate their citizenship or other legal status of residency. Persons who violate the due process of legal entry into the country don’t have a right to demand due process for their removal.

In other words, one can’t jump the line for entry and then insist on joining a line for removal.

If you never see a judge how do you prove you are a citizen? If they just round you up and say you are an illegal, what options do you have when they load you on a flight to an El Salvador death camp? We have already seen them ship people off without due process who were not supposed to be shipped off. Without due process even as a citizen you have no protections. And Trump has already said he wants to send US Citizens, there is no way he will be able to do that if a US Citizen is brought before a US Judge, but if he puts you on a plane and flies you out of the country there is nothing anyone can do.

It’s like driving past Pioneer park in Salt Lake City,

The mayor tells us it’s families enjoying the wonder green spaces in down town Salt Lake City. But anyone with an ounce of sense knows its homeless campers.

How do I know they are in the country illegally, you ask. To me it obvious, to others they see the whole thing through pink and rainbow glasses.

They can present their ID, birth certificate, passport, whatever to whoever.

BTW who that was not overwhelmed by the human tsunami invasion of illegals got a chance to vet anyone as to their admissibility and filter out many of those same people now for deportation. The last regime created this crisis and now suddenly everyone is a stickler for procedures? Fine you pay for their housing and needs a while you delay their departure, and make sure that they have luxury accommodations.

P.S. illegals do not have the same constitutional rights as those who migrated here legally.

That is a big distinction!

Everyone seems to blur the line between the two sets, and forget that illegals do not have the same rights as legals do.
