OK, fine, but what responsibility is Washington-based U.S. District Judge James Boasberg taking when even a single one of these folks Kill, Rape, Break in, sell drugs or any of the other crimes many are already known to of committed?

Considering el Salvador isnt a death camp and the polish prisons were…id say there is a difference.
These guys were supposed to be TDA, now, i wasnt there to inspect tattoos and im sure you guys weren’t either. This is one group that i really dont give 2 craps about.

Polish Prisons were not death camps either till they became death camps. El Salvador is not a modern day leader in human rights, it’s actually way behind 1940’s Poland.

Everything drops when you stop recording it, the United States is about to hit a Golden Age of health, wealth and everything else because we are no longer going to document the problems, only celebrate the good things that happen. Be a good citizen, consume, celebrate and never talk about your problems for the next 4 years. Your problems have already been solved, if they were not, you were not a good citizen.

Oregonians are self reliant, have been, always will be. The same people who make their own soap, pickles, continue to grow victory gardens and embrace the 2nd Amendment are Oregonians. Do we have issues, absolutely, do we protect our own absolutely. I grew up in Arizona but feel I have way more rights in Oregon, which is why I have stayed. Besides guns I collect knives, a vast majority of my knives are legal in Oregon but illegal in a lot of other states.

They’re called “Red flag laws” and while not just anyone can invoke them, there’s exactly zero due process.
And ohh yeah, restraining orders? Ever heard of them? If you are slapped with a restraining order, you’re not allowed to be in possession of a firearm!
No due process with either of those, and no actual justification needed to invoke them.
My ex girlfriend refused to move out of my house,… so I filed an eviction….
She filed a restraining order!
For what!?!?!!! Me wanting NOTHING to do with her!?
Regardless, I was stripped of my 2A rights for a year! All because of a baseless accusation.

Our Constitution covers the United States and it’s territories. If you are anywhere else besides there you are not covered by it. But at the same time anyone who is within the US borders or one of it’s territories is covered by the Constitution, no matter who they are. Whether they entered legally or not, there is a reason we used Guantanamo for foreign terrorists, it’s not a US territory so those held there would have no protection under the Constitution.
