To be honest, it started when the Eastern Asians crossed the land bridge to Alaska tens of thousands of years ago. The next wave was either Polynesians or the Vikings, depending on what history you believe is true. Secondly, immigration to the Americas by Europeans in the 1500s until the USA enacted laws concerning immigration was not illegal. There were no laws concerning immigration until then.

I donāt know why we are letting this happen. Could be easily resolved by applying significant pressure through votes and protests against our corrupt leadership.
I suspect why it is happening is because of a combination of business owners wanting to flood the labor market in order to reduce wages and increase profit margins, those same business owners envisioning all those new customers wanting to buy their way into the American dream, far left leaning politicians who for some reason believe that people fleeing corrupt communist countries will want to vote for their corrupt communist policies, authoritarians looking to create a crises so they can swoop in and save us from their crises by taking away the last of our freedoms, and kleptocrats needing to distract and divide us as much as possible while they hoover up the last crumbs from our crumbling economy.

If you look at the numbers, the murder rate by illegal immigrants is much lower than the murder rate by US citizens. Iām sure every single crime by an illegal immigrant is getting picked up by the news media and focused on, so then why are there so few being reported? But yet hundreds and hundres of people are being murdered every month by americas all the time. So in reality, arenāt these immigrants actually making america safer on a per capita basis?
