I got the Console Vault that I ordered for my truck today-- 5 minute install and it is great.
My Ram had no lockable storage and Nebraska requires it if you are to leave a handgun in a vehicle… It fits and looks great. $269.00 before 20% discount. Well worth the cost… 
Thanks Danny. My glove compartment locks but I personally don’t think that is secure enough. I was looking at a version of the console vault that fits under by back seat.
A little more out of sight so hopefully a little more secure.
Since you like yours once I save ul the extra I will pick one up.
I have a Ram as well. What brand did you get? And how does it mount?
Console Vault brand (https://www.consolevault.com/). My Ram is 2015 with the 40/20/40 bench seats, I had to take out 2 existing screws and use the ones that came with the safe. The web site shows you what to do… So simple a cave man could do it…
